The Skinny: Just-opened ALTA in Soho is the second launch from up-and-coming MAD Restaurants, following the July debut of Japanese-inspired MOI. The restaurant showcases the Northern Spanish cuisine of chef Rob Roy Cameron, who lived in Spain for more than a decade, working at El Bulli and as Albert Adrià’s right-hand man at 41 Degrees.
