Buttered up

The Skinny: From the chef-owner of beloved north London neighbourhood Italian spot Trullo, Burro is a buzzy new restaurant in Covent Garden serving produce-led cooking. It opened in March in Floral Court, taking over a large space previously occupied by The Petersham.
