The Skinny: Mayfair’s upscale Sushi Taku relaunched as Sushi Amamoto in January. The 16-seat omakase restaurant marks the first international venture from revered chef Shogo Amamoto, who is working with existing head chef Jongho ‘John’ Park on the high-end menu. The chef’s Taipei flagship is one of the most difficult tables to book in Asia.
